Hidden Water Damage in Downtown Calgary

Not everything is as it seems. Just because the space looks to be dry, doesn't mean that there wasn't any previous water damage. When SERVPRO of Calgary South arrived at this downtown Calgary office the space looked to be dry. Upon further inspection, using a penetrating moisture meter, the opposite was found to be true. You can see that by opening the wall there is a clear discoloration in the insulation indicating water damage. If these situations are not dealt with properly they can escalate with mould growth.
